LUBBERT DAS Deluge CD

Unleash the raw, tyrannical force of Dutch black metal with Prolog, the crushing 2016 CD EP by Netherlands underground act Lubbert Das, released via Dunkelheit Produktionen. Spanning nearly thirty-six minutes of blistering aggression and suffocating atmosphere, this release delivers a relentless display of orthodox black metal across four massive compositions. The sonic assault begins with the harrowing ten-minute opening onslaught of De honger, driving straight into the suffocating, pestilential rhythms of De pest. The intensity continues to escalate through the sharp, ferocious riffs of Het zwaard before reaching its final, brutal climax in the sprawling eight-minute piece Het zwijn. Cold, uncompromising, and steeped in authentic European black metal tradition, this CD EP is an essential addition for purists of raw underground extremity.
