GORGON The Spectral Voices CD

Revisit the relentless force of French black metal pioneers Gorgon with The Spectral Voices, the powerful 2020 CD album co-released by Non Posse Mori Records and Goétie Exhumation. Bursting with fierce ninety-style guitar riffs, blistering drum assaults, and venomous vocal aggression across twelve dark anthems, this release proves the French veterans remain at the absolute top of their game. The record charges open with the furious drive of The Big Travel before plunging into the razor-sharp speed of The Volunteers, To Condition, and the short, lethal burst Pure Hate Sign. The dark momentum intensifies through Eternal War and Sacrified Youth, leading straight into the majestic, freezing atmosphere of the title track The Spectral Voices and the melancholic aggression of I Remember. Surging forward through the blistering blast Peace by Death and the crushing weight of In a Box, the album expands into the epic seven-minute Breton tribute Breiz Atao before delivering a final wave of unyielding violence with Enemy. Crucial for collectors of nineties-rooted French black metal, relentless underground extremity, and premier Non Posse Mori releases.
