BOSQUE Beyond CD

The 2016 album Beyond by the Portuguese project Bosque, released as a professional 6 panel CD digipak via the renowned German label Dunkelheit Produktionen, is a definitive masterpiece of Atmospheric Funeral Doom Metal. Based in Vila do Conde and led by the sole member DM, Bosque has long been recognized for a unique approach that favors organic, analog textures over the polished digital soundscapes of modern metal. This third full-length was recorded entirely with analog equipment, a choice that imbues the three expansive tracks Calling the Rain, Paradox, and Enter with a raw, cavernous, and hauntingly natural atmosphere.
