UNFLESHED Twisted Path to Mutilation CD

Twisted Path to Mutilation is the debut full-length album by the Portuguese death metal band Unfleshed. Although the band was formed in Porto back in 1999, it took them over 20 years to release this first major work through Larvae Records. The album is a brutal tribute to the 90s death metal scene, heavily influenced by giants like Cannibal Corpse, Deicide, and Immolation. It features a raw, aggressive sound that avoids modern over-production, focusing instead on old school violence and technical riffs. The CD version is particularly notable for collectors as it includes the band's original 2000 demo, Exhuming the Bastards, as bonus tracks, effectively bridging the gap between their early underground roots and their modern output.
