THE PATH OF MEMORY Give Me Your End CD

Delve into the shadowy, melancholic realm of Swiss post-punk and goth rock with Give Me Your End, the mesmerizing 2024 CD album by The Path Of Memory, co-released through Acid Vicious and Grimm Distribution. Driven by driving basslines, atmospheric guitars, and somber, darkwave-infused vocal melodies across nine hypnotic tracks, this record paints a brooding landscape of existential romanticism and gothic decay. The album takes hold with the urgent, romantic gloom of the title track Give Me Your End, flowing seamlessly into the vast, cold soundscapes of I Will Never Feel The Sky and the introspective tension of Not All Madnesses May Be Bad. Pushing deeper into dark dancefloors and shadowy alleys, the journey continues with Please Stay With Me Tonight, Every Sound Becomes My Demon, and the haunting, mid-tempo groove of They Are The Invisible. Striking a deeply emotional chord through There's No Pleasure Here and the dramatic flair of I Need One More Dram(a), the release reaches its poignant finale with the sorrowful elegance of For Insanity I Call Sadness. Unmissable for enthusiasts of European goth rock, post-punk melancholia, and selective darkwave pressings.
