RECTAL WENCH Judgement of Whore Labia from the Sewer Throne CD

Hailing from China, the goregrind project Rectal Wench released the full-length album Judgement of Whore Labia from the Sewer Throne in 2021 through the German label Splatter Zombie Records. This release is a massive and chaotic compilation of the band's work, functioning as a comprehensive introduction to their CBT-style (Cock and Ball Torture) groove-heavy goregrind. The album is an expansive collection featuring 30 tracks that include studio recordings, original versions, and several tributes to the genre's pioneers. The musical style is heavily rooted in the Stomp subgenre of goregrind, characterized by pitch-shifted, frog-like guttural vocals, repetitive mid-tempo slam grooves, and a heavy emphasis on primitive, danceable rhythms. The tracklist is a provocative assortment of titles such as Homerun of Death, Juicy Young Homo, and Sperm Cannon, alongside a series of covers that pay homage to influential extreme acts, including Supreme Genital Goddess by CBT, Women in Decay by G.U.T., We Come to Eat You by S.M.E.S. (S.X.R.X.O.X.M.), and Rectal Wench by the death metal band Lividity. As a representative of the emerging Chinese goregrind scene, Rectal Wench utilizes the Splatter Zombie Records platform to deliver a sound that is both repulsive and highly rhythmic, focusing on the pornogrind aesthetic typical of the label's roster. The production is raw but maintains the necessary punch for the stomping sections that define the band's identity.
